- Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy implantów piersiowych, sizerów, ekspanderów i płyt tytanowych dla Narodowego Instytutu Onkologii im. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie - Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego Oddziału w Gliwicach. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte są w załącznikach: 1)Specyfikacja asortymentowo-cenowa (SAC) – załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ , Zadanie 1 - Pakiet 1 2)Projektowane postanowienia umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy (PPU) – załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 3.Termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia: sukcesywnie przez okres 24 miesięcy licząc od dnia zawarcia umowy 4.
