Scope overview

Zamawiający w niniejszym postępowaniu przetargowym przy ocenie ofert będzie stosował procedurę określoną w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. tzw. procedurę odwróconą. 3. Termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia: sukcesywnie do dnia 1 lipca 2026 r. licząc od dnia zawarcia umowy albo do chwili wcześniejszego wyczerpania limitu finansowego Zamawiającego na wykonanie umowy określonego w § 3 ust. 1 umowy. Umowa wygasa z chwilą wyczerpania nominalnej kwoty umowy lub zakończenia okresu, na który została zawarta, w zależności która z tych okoliczności nastąpi wcześniej. 4. Szczegóły zawiera SWZ.
