Scope overview
1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami odpadu o kodzie 19 12 12 – powstałym z rozdrobnienia dostarczonych na teren ZPOK odpadów wielkogabarytowych o kodzie 20 03 07 w ilości max. 1 400 Mg; 2. Zamawiający gwarantuje realizację przedmiotu umowy na poziomie: a) 80% maksymalnej ilości wskazanej w pkt 1.
b) minimalny jednorazowy odbiór odpadów nie będzie mniejszy niż 10 ton. 3. Odbiór odpadów następować będzie transportem zorganizowanym przez Wykonawcę i na jego koszt, także w zakresie kosztów przewozu, ubezpieczenia na czas transportu i rozładunku. Załadunek odpadu na podstawione samochody/platformy Wykonawcy po stronie Zamawiającego. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 5.
Warunki i szczegóły realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zostały opisane w załączniku nr 4 SWZ – projektowane postanowienia umowy. 6. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: - świadczenia usługi z należytą starannością - zapewnienia bezpiecznych warunków ruchu drogowego (kołowego i pieszego), - wykonania zleconej usługi zgodnie z wiedzą techniczną oraz obowiązującymi przepisami. 7.
Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
