Reference: RFQ/2026/61558 Descripción: RFQ/2026/61558 Suministro de Materiales de Oficina mediante un Acuerdo de Oferta Abierta (BPA). UNOPS realizará la contratación de una o más empresas para proveer los suministros de Insumos Médicos para los proyectos de UNOPS durante un periodo de 12 meses.
De acuerdo al Manual de Adquisiciones de UNOPS (numeral 11.5) un BPA es un acuerdo escrito entre UNOPS y un proveedor, un BPA se establece para un período definido de tiempo para bienes/suministros claramente especificados o servicios cuantificables a precios o tarifas fijas.
Si bien no existe ninguna obligación legal de pedir una cantidad máxima o mínima al proveedor, los BPA suelen incluir un plan de entrega u otra fecha que el proveedor debe respetar.
Las solicitudes de aclaración de los licitantes se aceptarán únicamente a través del portal de UNGM https://www.ungm.org en la opción “Información sobre el anuncio” / “solicitar aclaración” NOTA IMPORTANTE: Los proveedores interesados deben responder a esta licitación usando el sistema eSourcing de UNOPS , a través del portal de UNGM.
Para poder acceder a la totalidad de los detalles de las licitaciones de UNOPS, solicitar clarificaciones sobre la licitación, y presentar una respuesta a través del sistema, los proveedores deben estar inscritos en UNGM como proveedores de UNOPS y estar conectados en UNGM.
