Scope overview
Hankinnan kohteena on Pasilan peruskoulussa ja päiväkoti Aurinkokellossa tapahtuneen laajan vesivahingon aiheuttamien vaurioiden korjaaminen. Kyseessä on kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävä rakennusurakka. Hankinta tehdään hankintalain 40 § mukaisena suorahankintana. Suorahankinta tehdään tilaajasta riippumattomasta, ennalta arvaamattomasta syystä aiheutuneen äärimmäisen kiireen vuoksi.
Suorahankintana olevan korjaustyön toteuttaa Jatke Oy. Kohteessa tammikuussa 2026 tapahtunut viherkaton kastelujärjestelmän jäätymisen takia erittäin laaja vesivahinko, joka vaatii nopeita toimenpiteitä heti havaitun vahingon aiheutumisesta. Kuivatus- ja korjaustoimenpiteitä täytyy jatkaa välittömästi suurelta osin koulun ja päiväkodin tiloissa.
Näillä toimenpiteillä on tarkoitus välttää rakenteiden kastumisesta aiheutuvia mahdollisia haittoja ja sisäilmaongelmia.
