Kyseessä on rintasyöpäkudoksesta tehtävä geneettinen määritys, jota käytetään arvioitaessa leikkauksen jälkeen annettavasta 4-6 kuukauden pituisesta solunsalpaajahoidosta saatavaa hyötyä. Testin avulla pyritään keventämään annettavia hoitoja. Aiempi hankintasopimus (sopimusnro 1678/2024) on päättynyt lokakuussa 2025. HUSLAB & ISLAB ovat kilpailuttaneet hankinnan kesällä 2025, muita toimijoita ei ole.
PSHVA:n alueella potilaiden muu sairastavuus vähentää testin käyttötarvetta, mutta osalla rintasyöpäpotilaista testi antaa arvokasta tietoa solunsalpaajahoidon hyödyllisyydestä. Testiä on tarkoitus käyttää erittäin tarkoin kriteerein, jolloin arvioidut kokonaiskustannukset saattavat jäädä alla mainittua kokonaissummaa pienemmiksi.,
