• The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Kenya Marine Fisheries and Socio-economic Development Project (KEMFSED), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 3 No. Longliner Offshore Fishing Boats;
• The County Government of Tana River department Livestock, Fisheries and Veterinary services. Now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of 3 No. Longliner Offshore Fishing Boats;
• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Kenya Marine Fisheries Socio-Economic Development Project (KEMFSED) Procurement Office situated at Tana River County Fisheries Office (Minjila) www.tanarivercounty.go.ke, www.kemfsed.org, www.tenders.go.ke,at Public Procurement Information Portal and STEP from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays during office hours East Africa Time from 0800hours – 1700hours and inspect the bidding document during office hours at the address given below.
