In all cases, bidders are required to quote for all items in each chosen lot. Failure to do so will make the bid to be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. Evaluation and award will be on the basis of individual lots. Bidders are requested to indicate clearly the procurement reference number 3.
Bidding will be conducted through open national using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers “dated September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.

The Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address given below upon submission of a written application to the email addresses in (4) above. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in (9) on or before23rd March, 2026 at 10:00 hours Local time . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
