KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA Nation Religion King Invitation for bid Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for New Crash Data Base 1.

The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a Credit from the World Bank toward the cost of the road connectivity improvement project (RCIP) and additional financing, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the Contract for the supply and delivery of IT Equipment for New Crash Data Base. 2. The goods are required by 90 Days [МН1] from the date of signing the contract. 3.

Interested qualified eligible suppliers are invited to obtain a copy of the bidding documents free of charge from the address given below by submitting a written application. Except for the submission of a written application, there shall be no other conditions for obtaining the bidding documents. 4. To be considered eligible and qualified a supplier must: (i) Meet the eligibility criteria of the World Bank.

(ii) Have completed at least two contracts for the supply of similar goods in the preceding 3 years (from 2022 to 2024) of a combined value not less than 175,000 [МН2] USD. (iii) Have completed contracts with a total cumulative value equal to at least 700,000 USD in the preceding 3 years (from 2022 to 2024).

(iv) Access to a line of credit or cash in bank account of an amount at least 175,000 USD (the date of cash in bank account should not be later than the date of bid submission or date of bid opening), net of other contractual commitments. (v) Not be under any notice of suspension or disbarment issued by the Government or World Bank. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address given below. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in public immediately thereafter at the address given below in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend. 6.

The Purchaser shall award the Contract to the Bidder whose offer has been determined to be the lowest evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents, provided further that the Bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a performance-securing declaration as described in the bidding documents.

Any bid not accompanied by one will be rejected as noncompliant. 8. The address where the bidding document may be inspected and obtained is Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Road Connectivity Improvement Project Office, 2nd Building (Ground Floor), Street 598, Sangkat Chrang Chamres 2, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Royal Government of Cambodia and/or World Bank will respectively declare a bidder ineligible either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract financed by the Royal Government of Cambodia and/or World Bank respectively, if it at any time determines that the bidder has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent, coercive, collusive or obstructive practices in competing for or in executing a contract.

12. Bidders are requested to submit as part of their bids the statement of Ethical Conduct and Fraud and Corruption and in case of misleading information or non-adherence to the Fraud and Corruption provision of the bidding documents, the Bidder shall be pursued by the Government of Cambodia/ or the IDA.
