: MW-CHSU-277456-GO-RFB Issued on 29 November, 2025 The Government of Malawi has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation in Malawi (ASCENT Malawi) Project which is being implemented by Ministry of Natural Resources Energy and Mining and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract of Supply and Delivery of 4x4 Twin Cab Motor Vehicles.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (September 2023) (“Procurement Regulations”) and its open to all interested bidders. 4.
