KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA Nation Religion King Invitation for Bids Road Connectivity Improvement Project (RCIP) World Bank, IDA Credit № 6767-KH Contract № KH-MPWT-4-GO-RCIP, Supply and Delivery of 2 sets of Falling Weigh Deflectometer Equipment and 2 units of Pick-up Trucks 1.The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a credit from the World Bank toward the cost of Road Connectivity Improvement Project (RCIP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Supply and Delivery of 2 sets of Falling Weigh Deflectometer Equipment and 2 units of Pick-up Trucks.
2.The Ministry of Public Works and Transport now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply and Delivery of 2 sets of Falling Weigh Deflectometer Equipment and 2 units of Pick-up Trucks at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT). The period of delivery is maximum 180 days from the date of contract signature. 3.
Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of World Bank. 4.
This invitation is opened to all bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document. 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from H.E. Qualification requirements include: The bidder has satisfactorily completed at least two contracts for supply of similar goods in the preceding three years from 2023-2025 not less than US$400,000[МН1] for each contract.
The bidder has completed contracts in the total cumulative amount equal to at least US$1.60million. The Manufacturer of the offered goods, if a different entity from the Bidder, has experience of at least 15 years in the manufacturing of similar goods.
The bidder has availability of liquid assets through either: (i) access to a line of credit or cash in bank account of an amount at least US$400,000[МН2] ; or (ii) credit terms with vendors specifically for the goods to be supplied under the contract, and valid for at least 6 months after the deadline date for submission of bids specified in ITB Clause 21. 7.
