U.S. Embassy Philippines Solicitation for IT Equipment Supply and Delivery

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. Supply and Delivery of Various IT Equipment. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers. If you are not already registered, please start the registration process as soon as see this notice.

Please submit your offer via email to ManilaPurchasing@state.gov prior to the response date and time.

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
