INVITATION TO QUOTE - GOODS 28th November 2025 Project Title : Kiribati Pacific Regional Oceanscape Program (PROP) Source of Funding (grant no.): P165821 Contract name: Supply and assist to Install of 3 Electronic Monitoring Camera Systems for 3 tunas Longliners. Contract Ref: KI-MFMRD-441439-GO-RFQ. You are invited to submit your price quotation for the supply of the following items.

Three electronic monitoring (EM systems) and at least three licenses for their associated review software. Each System should include three cameras, capable of continuous recording throughout fishing operations as well as any additional materials required to install the three EM Units and Cameras as specified in the Annex 1 – Technical Specifications in RFQ document.

Information on technical specifications is included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The Bidders are allowed to bid for any item, combination or all items.

A complete set of RFQ documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.To be eligible to bid, the bidder must have experience in successfully supplying similar items demonstrated by at least 2 references. Quotations must be delivered by email on or before 12th December 2025 . Late quotations may be rejected.
