Reference No : TZ-JOZ-530968-GO-RFQ This request for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) on 24th June 2024 and through newspapers Daily News and Zanzibar Leo on the same date.
The Judiciary of Zanzibar through the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of the Zanzibar Judicial Modernization Project (Zi-JUMP) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment & Accessories to capacitate ICT Department, Estate Management Unit (EMU), Case Management Unit (CMU) and Judiciary Reform Delivery Unit (JRDU).
Now, the Judiciary of Zanzibar on behalf of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar invites you to submit your price Quotation for the services as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices.

In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Judiciary of Zanzibar, Head of Procurement and Disposal Management Unit (PDMU), procurement@judiciaryzanzibar.go.tz and inspect the quotation documents during office hours 7:30 am to 3:30 pm at the address given below.
All Quotations in original form properly filled in must be submit to the respective RFQ at the Head Quarter, Judiciary of Zanzibar, 1st Floor, PDMU Office, Room No. 109 Deadline for submission will be on Wednesday, 28th day of January, 2026 at 10:00am hours local time.
Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Head quarter, Judiciary of Zanzibar, Tunguu Road, South Unguja, 2nd floor, Conference Room No. 208 at 10:30am local time. Late Quotation or Quotation that is not opened in public shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
