REQUEST FOR BID (GOODS) SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF MARINE MONITOR RADAR Institution: Ministry of Finance Country: Belize Project: Belize Blue Cities and Beyond Project Process ID: BZ-CEU-460478-GO-RFB Deadline: February 16, 2026; 10:00 a.m. (Local Belize Time) The Government of Belize has received financing from the World Bank for the Belize Blue Cities and Beyond Project, being implemented by the Ministry of Finance. The Belize Blue Cities and Beyond Project aims to improve Belize's management capacity for sustainable coastal and blue economy development, increase safe water supply and reduce land-based pollution discharges at targeted urban areas, and in case of an Eligible Crisis or Emergency, to respond promptly and effectively to it. The Ministry of Finance, through its Central Executing Unit, intends to allocate a portion of the project’s proceeds for the supply, installation and support of three (3) Marine Monitor Radars (hereinafter called “Goods”), to be used for the coastal surveillance and enforcement at three of Belize’s Marine Reserves. The systems will enhance monitoring, enforcement, and conservation efforts by enabling real-time vessel detection and tracking in key fishing zones. This procurement is organized as one (1) lot, as indicated below, and is comprised of the items detailed under the Technical Specifications in the Request for Bids No. Goods Quantity Lot 1 Marine Monitoring Radar Systems Available in the bidding document Bidders must submit prices for every and all items within the one (1) Lot to be considered responsive. The Ministry of Finance invites bidders to access the complete bidding document in this section of the website below. https://procurement.gov.bz/mof-request-for-bids-supply-delivery-and-installation-of-marine-monitor-radar-goods-bz-ceu-460478-go-rfb-mof-2026/ The selection of bids will be conducted in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (February 2025). The process will also adhere to the procurement policies and the best practices of the Government of Belize. This selection is open to all eligible bidders as defined by the referenced policies. Bids should be submitted in English before February 16, 2026; 10:00 a.m. (Local Belize Time) . Late submissions will not be accepted. Submission of Bids should be made either:

- In Hard Copy: Two (2) printed copies delivered to the address below, clearly indicating “ Request for Bid – Supply, Delivery and Installation of Marine Monitor Radar ”
