- The Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant from the International Development Association toward the cost of the Ethiopia Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program (RCFSP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of Electronics and ICT Facilities for Construction Management Institute.
- The Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure (MUI), as the implementing agency, hereby invites eligible suppliers to submit sealed quotations for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of Electronics and ICT Facilities for the Construction Management Institute.
- Procurement will be conducted using the Request for Quotation (RFQ) method under National Competitive Procurement (NCP), in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services), dated July 2016 and revised September 2023. The RFQ is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The required goods are as follows:

Core i7 Workstation (including installation & configuration) 10 days Detailed technical specifications and delivery schedules are provided in the RFQ document.
- Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information from the Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure, Ethiopia Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program Coordination Office , and inspect the RFQ documents at the address given below during office hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (local time)
- A complete set of RFQ documents in English may be purchased by interested suppliers upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr).

- Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before February 3, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. late quotations will be rejected.
- The quotation shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope containing both the technical and financial information.
- Quotations will be opened publicly in the presence of suppliers’ representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at 3:30 p.m. on February 3, 2026, at the address indicated below.
- The Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without incurring any liability.
