The Bid submission deadline date and Bid opening date previously mentioned as 17-02-2026 at 11:00 A.M are hereby revised to 03-03-2026 at 11:00 AM (Pakistan local time). • The Bid submission deadline date and Bid opening date are hereby revised to 17-02-2026 at 11:00 AM (Pakistan local time).
• The Bidding Document may be downloaded free of cost, in English, from PESCO website at https://pesco.com.pk/world-bank/wb-reports . Downloading the Bidding Document from the PESCO website shall be considered valid for participation in the bidding process. Interested eligible Bidders may also purchase the Bidding Document upon submission of a written application to the address given in published Specific Procurement Notice and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000.00 or US$ 40.00 . The method of payment will be by demand draft from any scheduled reputable bank. The Bidding Document may be collected in person or, upon request, sent by courier service for an additional fee of PKR 3,000.00 for domestic delivery or US$ 60.00 by airmail for overseas delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
