Supply of annual and perennial forage plant seeds - Lot 2: Supply of Soybeans

Special Procurement Notice Invitation for proposals for Goods (Single-Envelope Procurement Method) Project Title: Livestock Commercialization Project Contract Title and Number: Supply of Seeds – Lot 2: Supply of Soybean Seeds Credit No.: IDA-65080 Invitation Reference No.: GO-RFQ-C2/C4-04/2025 Date: 21 August 2025 The Borrower has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of theLivestock Commercialization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply of Soybean Seeds.

The Project now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Supply of Forage Crop Seeds – Lot 2: Supply of Soybean Seeds . Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers , dated July 2016 and revised in March 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”).

Eligible bidders may obtain the RFP document from the Procurement Officer of the Livestock and Economic Development Project by sending a request to tugullcp@gmail.com or by visiting the address indicated at the end of this invitation. Propsals must be delivered to the address indicated below on or before 11:00 AM on 22 September 2025 . Electronic submission of quotations is not permitted .

Late quotations will be rejected.
