Scope overview
Västra Götalandsregionen (VGR) inbjuder er att lämna anbud avseende Supportavtal för SAMSA-funktionalitet.. Informationssystemet syftar till effektiv informationsöverföring mellan vårdgivare. VGR har genom avtal med Oracle Sveriga AB förvärvat en icke- exklusiv rätt att nyttja ett system för SAMSA-funktionalitet.
Detta UUS-avtal syftar till att reglera Leverantörens skyldighet att tillhandahålla Utveckling och Underhåll samt Support på vid var tid använt System. Uppdraget innebär att ansvara för och upprätta organisation för utökad support. Supportärenden rapporteras primärt via mail med möjlighet till återkoppling via telefon.
Funktionen hanterar alla ingående parter i det gemensamma systemet såväl VGR, kommuner som privata vårdgivare med avtal med VGR eller kommun i Västra Götaland. Den utökade supporten är till for att stödja verksamheter i ärenden som inte kan lösas inom den egna supportlinjen såsom behörighetsadministration, hantering av systemadministrationen och övriga frågor som rör applikationen.
Till detta tillkommer säruppdrag som första linjens support for privata vårdgivare med avtal med VGR eller kommun i Västra Götaland samt beställd utbildning. Uppdraget ska fördelas på flera personer där förvaltning för SAMSA ev stöttar upp med resurser enligt överenskommelse. I uppdraget ingår även kompetensöverföring till Slutkundens egen personal och dokumentation av genomfört uppdrag.
