Scope overview
Predmetom zákazky je komplexná realizácia verejnej technickej a dopravnej infraštruktúry strategického parku „Šurany Industrial Park“ vrátane prípravy územia (hrubé terénne úpravy, odstránenie stavieb, výruby drevín) a vybudovania súvisiacich inžinierskych sietí.
Zahŕňa zriadenie nových rozvodov pitnej vody s vodojemom a centrálnou tlakovou stanicou, technologického vodovodu z rieky Nitra, splaškovej a dažďovej kanalizácie s retenčnou nádržou, technologickej kanalizácie a čistiarne odpadových vôd s výustním objektom do rieky Nitra. Súčasťou je napojenie na VTL plynovod a STL distribučnú sieť, NN a VN rozvody vrátane trafostaníc, ako aj areálové optické a slaboprúdové rozvody.
V oblasti cestnej infraštruktúry sa realizujú dve nové okružné križovatky na ceste I/64, verejné komunikácie v parku, chodníky, cyklochodníky, autobusové zastávky, odvodnenie komunikácií, vonkajšie osvetlenie a sadové úpravy.
Železničná časť zahŕňa novú vlečku a nákladnú stanicu ŽSR, železničný zvršok a spodok, trakčné vedenie, zabezpečovacie a oznamovacie zariadenia, garáže pre posunovacie vozidlá, spevnené plochy a úpravy ŽST Bánov.
