Scope overview
An industry day for this effort will be held on 28 January 2026, 0900 EST, at Central Florida Tech Grove – Partnership IV Building, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. No Common Access Card (CAC) is required. Individual one-on-ones will be offered following the Industry day event on the 28th and the 29th of January if necessary. One-on-ones will be for those vendors that wish to discuss proprietary information.
General questions regarding the technical requirements or RFP shall be asked in an open forum. Companies wishing to attend the Industry day are required to notify the Contract Specialist and Contracting officer via email of their intent to attend by 1300 EST on 22 January 2026.
Each company is requested to provide the following information for each attendee: name, title, email, phone, citizenship, and which events will be attended.
An Industry day update will be posted by the Government in the week of January 12th, 2026, on SAM.gov to provide further specifics pertaining to this event, to provide any updated information regarding the effort, and to provide some draft documents for this effort. Continue to monitor SAM.gov for any additional information pertaining to this event and any information that may pertain to this effort.
