w sprawie określenia warunków zawierania i realizacji umów o udzielanie świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej w rodzaju pomoc doraźna i transport sanitarny, który obejmuje: a) transport międzyszpitalny; b) transport pomiędzy obiektami Beskidzkiego Centrum Onkologii – Szpitala Miejskiego; c) transport ze szpitala do miejsca zamieszkania chorego na zlecenie lekarzy zatrudnionych u Zamawiającego; d) transport z miejsca zamieszkania pacjenta do obiektów BCO-SM na zlecenie lekarzy zatrudnionych u Zamawiającego.
