Scope overview
The organisation seeks a consultant to act as a senior technical and programme lead, responsible for both technical assurance and programme management across all initiatives. The WMCA is delivering a range of interrelated technical initiatives to modernise its fares and ticketing systems. These include phased system refreshes, the re-procurement of core back-office systems, and upgrades to critical interfaces and APIs. This is phase 3 of this project.
