Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Instandsetzung im Zeitraum vom 01.06.2026 bis 31.05.2028 des Systems Enok 6.1 in der Instandhaltungsstufe 4 mit folgenden NSN-Nummern: 123819278 124070421 124099039 124099040 Das prognostizierte Volumen beträgt 6 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 und 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 für den Zeitraum vom 01.06.2026 bis 31.05.2028.
Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 beauftragt werden. Die Obergrenze für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 8 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 und 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82. Optional kann die Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 31.05.2029 verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption).
Die Planmenge für den Zeitraum der optionalen Verlängerung beträgt 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 und 1 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82. Sobald die Obergrenze erreicht ist verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirksamkeit. Der Auftraggeber hat keine Verpflichtung zur Beauftragung der optionalen Systeme.
