Scope overview
Das einseitig angebaute Reihenhaus an der Röschenzerstrasse 7, das 1925 am Fusse des Bruderholz erbaut wurde, diente zunächst als privates Wohnhaus, bevor es zwischenzeitlich von der psychiatrischen Universitätsklinik (PUK) genutzt und 1993 entsprechend umgebaut wurde. Seit dem Auszug der PUK steht das Gebäude seit 2019 für eine Zwischennutzung für Büros zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude muss saniert werden.
Neben Erdbebensicherheit und Brandschutz müssen auch denkmalpflegerische Aspekte und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen umgesetzt werden. Dabei werden einfache Lösungen gesucht. Im Gebäude soll in einem ersten Schritt eine Tagesstruktur für 50 Plätze angeboten werden. Die Räumlichkeiten sollen im Endausbau einen späteren Austausch zwischen Kindergarten und Tagesstruktur ohne weiteren baulichen Aufwand möglich machen.
