Hankkeet ovat kirkoissa, kappeleissa, seurakuntakodeissa yms. seurakunnan omistamissa rakennuksissa tapahtuvia korjaus, peruskorjaus- tai uudishankkeita, joiden sisältö, laajuus ja kustannukset vaihtelevat.
Budjetoituja investointihankkeita: Sääksin leirikeskuksen uudisrakentaminen/peruskorjaus, Rauhannummen krematorion uudisrakentaminen/vanhan rakennuksen peruskorjaus, Vehkojan seurakuntakeskuksen kirkkosalin LTO, Hyvinkään kirkon LTO, vanhan seurakuntakeskuksen purkaminen ja uuden konehallin/varaston uudisrakentaminen/lämmönjakohuoneen siirto Hyvinkään kirkkoon.
Lisäksi hankintaan kuuluu sähköisen huoltokirjan kehittäminen.,
