Ajoaika on yhtenäinen kokonaisuus arkipäivänä. Ylimenevästä ajasta tarjoajan on annettava tuntihinta. Tilaajalla on oikeus irtisanoa sopimus sopimuskauden aikana, mikäli toiminta muuttuu.
Liikennöitsijä sitoutuu järjestämään tarjoamansa kohteiden liikennöinnin näiden tarjouskilpailuasiakirjojen mukaisesti.,
