Urakoinnissa toteutetaan Tervetalo-ohjeistusta, P1-puhtausluokan rakentamista sekä tavoitteena S2-luokan sisäilmasto. Projektin rakennuttamisesta ja projektin johtamisesta vastaa Keski-Pohjanmaan koulutus-yhtymä.
