Scope overview
Teambildende und erlebnisorientierte Aktivitäten zur nachhaltigen Team- und Personalentwicklung für die Bundesanstalt für den Digitalfunk der Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben (BDBOS) Die Veranstaltungen sollen innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit vom 01. Mai 2026 bis spätestens 31. Oktober 2027 gebucht, eingelöst und durchgeführt werden.
Anschließend ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, aber nicht verpflichtet, den Vertrag zweimalig für jeweils ein Jahr zu verlängern. Die maximale Laufzeit des Vertrages endet demnach am 31.10.2029. Durchführungszeitraum der "Events" ist jeweils der 01. Mai bis 31. Oktober eines Kalenderjahres. Die Teams umfassen 3 bis 35 Mitarbeitende. Es wird pro Jahr bis zu sieben Teams geben.
Daraus ergeben sich für die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 14 "Events"(Grundlaufzeit 2 Jahre fest), bei Wahrnehmung der Option(en)-2x1 Jahr = gesamt 28 "Events" gem. Leistungsbeschreibung.
