Modernizuojamose patalpose suprojektuoti - naujas inžinerines sistemas, numatant naujų magistralinių sistemų pajungimą už modernizuojamų patalpų (šildymo, karšto, šalto vandens, buitinių nuotekų, vėdinimo-oro kondicionavimo, elektrotechninė dalis, elektroninių ryšių (telekomunikacijų - kompiuteriniai, vaizdo perdavimo tinklai), apsauginė ir priešgaisrinė signalizacijos (naujos ir/arba prijungimas prie esamų sistemų), įvadinių elektros skydų keitimas modernizuojamoms patalpoms ir visam pastatui), durų keitimas, lauko laiptų remontas kur būtina.
