Scope overview
Für die Beschaffung der Hardware gemäss Dok1 "Devis_Pflichtenheft" suchen wir eine kompetente Lieferfirma, die aufgrund ihrer Marktposition zu sehr guten Preisen liefern kann und aufgrund ihrer Organisation und Grösse diesen Auftrag in finanzieller Hinsicht, wie auch im Support während der Garantiezeit schnell und effizient ihre Leistungen erbringen kann.
Bei dieser Submission handelt es sich um Kauf und Lieferung von iPads an einen vorgesehen Standort zu einem Zeitpunkt A und die Verteilung der konfigurierten iPads an vier Schul- und 12 Kindergartenstandorte zu einem Zeitpunkt B. Sämtliche Installationen und Konfigurationen werden von den schulinternen ICT-Systemverantwortlichen vorgenommen, um die Kontinuität des ganzen Systems garantieren zu können.
Betreffend Gerätetypen ist die Schule Wohlen seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich mit iPads im Zyklus 1 unterwegs. Mit dieser Submission wird ein Teil dieses Geräteparks der Schule Wohlen ersetzt, ein Teil unseres Bestands an iPads bleibt noch im Betrieb. Um die Kontinuität im Betrieb, im Supportablauf und im ganzen System gewährleisten zu können, sind entsprechende Spezifikationen der Geräte erforderlich.
