Scope overview
The subject of this tender is the provision of general planning services for the renovation of several properties owned by the Wildnispark Zurich Foundation, located at Im Tobel 2 and 4 (Langnau am Albis) and Tabletenstrasse 31 and 38 (Horgen). For the properties Im Tobel 2 and 4 as well as Tabletenstrasse 31, the services comprise SIA phases 31 to 53 in accordance with SIA standard 112 (2014).
For the property at Tabletenstrasse 38, the services comprise the remaining partial services of phase 33 as well as phases 41 to 53. The contract includes in particular overall project management, architectural services, civil engineering, HVAC and electrical engineering including technical coordination, building physics, fire protection and construction management. The SIA phases will be commissioned individually.
The procedure is conducted as an open procedure in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations (IVöB) and SIA standard 144. The language of the procedure and the project is German.
