Scope overview
Die Salzburger Flughafen GmbH beabsichtigt, ihre bestehende Terminalinfrastruktur im Rahmen des Projekts „Terminalentwicklung“ umfassend zu modernisieren. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die schrittweise Erneuerung der Abflug- und Ankunftsbereiche sowie der Gastronomie-, Meeting- und Retailflächen.
Die Realisierung erfolgt etappenweise mit geplanter Fertigstellung bis zum Jahr 2034.Im Rahmen der bisherigen Projektvorbereitung wurden bereits geeignete Auftragnehmer für die Leistungen der Generalplanung, Projektsteuerung und Örtliche Bauaufsicht ermittelt.Nunmehr sollen geeignete Partner für die Durchführung der Gerneralunternehmerleistungen über die gesamte Projektdauer gefunden werden.
