Scope overview
De opdracht omvat: - Het ontwerpen van alle producten (terreinmeubilair) van de assortimentslijst door middel van tekeningen; - het soepel laten verlopen van het implementatieproces; - het leveren van alle producten zoals omschreven in de assortimentslijst; - het leveren van onderdelen van alle producten van de assortimentslijst (bijvoorbeeld planken of balken die vernield zijn door vandalisme); - alle producten moeten middels een klantvriendelijk bestel- en leveringsproces eenvoudig (kunnen) worden besteld en geleverd; - het proactief meedenken over innovatieve oplossingen/aanpassingen in het product assortiment.
De raamovereenkomst wordt in beginsel aangegaan voor 2 jaar. Er zijn verleningsopties van 4 x 2 jaar. De verwachting is dat er jaarlijks voor ongeveer € 200.000,- aan terreinmeubilair besteld zal worden. Op basis van een contractduur van maximaal 10 jaar komt de contractwaarde uit op € 2.000.000,-
