This is a second-stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 Consultant Services for Building Development. Only Suppliers that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process for the Architectural Area of Expertise, or any subsequent RFQ released under the same terms are eligible to submit a bid under the RFB.
