TO RAISE FUNDS TO SUPPORT OSU ALUMNI THROUGH CAREER GUIDANCE, SPECIAL EVENTS, CLUBS, OR SOCIETIES. THE CONTRACT RUNS FROM 12/15/2018 - 06/30/2022. THE CAMPAIGN WILL RUN FROM 07/01/2020 - 06/30/2022. COMPENSATION IS AS FOLLOWS: LFR, LLC WILL BE PAID A MONTHLY RETAINER OF $13,000 PER MONTH AND AN ANNUAL BONUS BETWEEN $10,000 AND $600,000 BASED, PROPORTIONALLY, ON THE NUMBER OF OVERALL DONORS.
ALL EXPENSES WILL BE REIMBURSED. LFR, LLC DOES NOT EMPLOY SUBCONTRACTORS IN SOLICITATION ACTIVITY. AT NO TIME DOES LFR, LLC HAVE CUSTODY OF CHARITABLE FUNDS. A CAGING OR ESCROW COMPANY IS NOT USED. ALL FUNDS SOLICITED ARE IMMEDIATELY DEPOSITED IN AN ACCOUNT UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, INC.
