Procurement Process Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (February 2025) and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Submission of Quotations The deadline for bid submission is 5th December 2025 at 3pm AST .
