Scope overview
De Stad Aalst wenst de organisatie en uitvoering van de speelpleinwerking in haar deelgemeenten toe te vertrouwen aan een externe partner. De stad wil haar huidige werking hervormen om opnieuw een gezonde, duurzame en marktconforme vrijetijds- en opvangsector te creëren.
De eigen rol als uitvoerende actor wordt stap voor stap afgebouwd, terwijl partners uit het middenveld en de private sector worden gestimuleerd om de ruimte in te nemen. De opdracht omvat het aanbieden van een kwalitatief, veilig en inclusief vakantieaanbod voor kinderen uit verschillende leeftijdsgroepen tijdens de paas- en zomervakantie.
De opdrachtnemer staat in voor de volledige organisatie en uitvoering van de werking, met inbegrip van personeelsinzet, uitwerking en uitvoering van het activiteitenprogramma, dagelijkse werking en rapportering aan de Stad Aalst. Eventuele bijkomende mogelijkheden of uitbreidingen van de werking worden in overleg met de Stad Aalst bepaald.
