Le pouvoir adjudicateur : Deux Fleuves Rhône Habitat agissant pour son compte et au nom et pour le compte de la commune de Thizy-les-Bourgs, en tant que coordonnateur du groupement Éléments de mission : - DIA - APS - APD - Permis de construire - PRO - ACT - DET - EXE partielles - VISA - AOR/GPA - OPC Le présent marché fait l'objet d'une décomposition en tranches : 1 tranche ferme et 2 tranches optionnelles.
La durée de la tranche ferme est estimée à 9 mois. La durée de la tranche optionnelle n°1 est estimée à 23 mois (hors GPA). La durée de la tranche optionnelle n°2 est estimée à 23 mois (hors GPA).
Minimum requis : Effectif minimum : 1 architecte mandataire (avec expérience en rénovation patrimoniale, sur immeuble en site patrimonial remarquable ou projet soumis à l'avis de l'architecte des bâtiments de France ) conformément à l'article 3 de la loi nº 77-2 du 3.1.1977 sur l'architecture pour la compétence architecturale permettant le dépôt du permis de construire.
La prestation est réservée à une profession déterminée : Marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre conformément à la loi sur la maîtrise d'oeuvre publique du 12.07.1985 modifiée.
Compétences mini requises : - Technique structure - Technique fluide - Technique thermique - Compétences en VRD - Compétences en acoustique - Economie de la réhabilitation - Compétences en accessibilités et sécurité - Paysage - Ascensoriste - Normes ERP pour l'aménagement des commerces - Ordonnancement Planification et Coordination Chiffres d'affaires minimum : 250 000 euro(s) HT (moyenne sur les 3 dernières années)
