Bauauftrag BKP 221.1 Ertüchtigung Fenster aus Holz-Metall im Rahmen der Teilsanierung der Primarschule Allmendingen, im Dorf 11, 3608 Thun Die Stadt Thun plant die Teilsanierung des Primarschulhauses Allmendingen. Die Schulanlage befindet sich im Dorf 11 in 3608 Thun und ist schützenswert (K-Objekt).
Die Teilsanierung umfasst folgende Massnahmen: Sanierung aller Dachflächen Ersatz aller Fenster, Oblichter, Festverglasungen und Eingangstüren (ausser Haupteingang) Reparatur von Schäden an der Fassade (Sichtmauerwerk) Einbau eines Senkrechtlifts Umsetzung von weiteren Kleinmassnahmen für eine hindernisfreie Schulanlage Koordination mit dem Teilprojekt PV-Anlage (wird durch die Energie Thun AG erstellt).
Die Bauarbeiten sind - unter Vorbehalt der vorliegenden Baubewilligung - ab Juni 2026 bis Oktober 2026 vorgesehen.
