Scope overview
Die Dienststelle Immobilien des Kantons Luzern ist mit der Botschaft des Regierungsrates an den Kantonsrat B 69 beauftragt, ein zentrales kantonales Verwaltungsgebäude zu projektieren und realisieren. Das Gebäude wird Ende 2026 fertiggestellt und durch die kantonale Verwaltung bezogen werden. Nach dem Umzug ist mit einem täglichen Kundenaufkommen von rund 1‘000 Personen zu rechnen.
Für die effiziente und zielgerichtete Lenkung dieser Personen wird ein Ticket- und Kundenlenkungssystem benötigt. Mit dieser Submission sollen qualifizierte Partnerinnen mitsamt Lösungen für diesen Bedarf ermittelt werden.
