Tiemerkintäurakka Rovaniemi 2026 Hankinnan kohteena ovat eri puolilla Rovaniemen kaupunkia sijaitsevat yleisellä liikenteellä olevilla kaduilla, teillä ja kevyen liikenteen väylillä sekä muilla liikenne-, piha- ym. alueilla tehtävät tiemerkintätyöt.
Urakoitsijan tulee tämän urakkasopimuksen ehdoin suorittaa kaupungin alueella kaupunkikonsernin muiden yksiköiden ja yhtiöiden erillisiä tiemerkintätöitä, joita ei ole tarjouskyselyssä erikseen mainittu. Urakka ratkaistaan vuosien 2026 ja 2027 vertailuhinnalla. Annetut yksikköhinnat ovat voimassa myös vuonna 2027 eivätkä sisällä mahdollisia indeksikorotuksia.
Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden hankkia optiona vuoden 2027 työt. Tilaaja ilmoittaa option käytöstä viimeistään joulukuun 2026 loppuun mennessä. Optiossa on kyse tilaajan oikeudesta, ei velvollisuudesta.,
