Scope overview
Het project betreft de tijdelijke huisvesting van de HSV gedurende de renovatie van het bestaande schoolgebouw. Hiervoor zullen tijdelijke units worden geplaatst op het schoolplein. Het project omvat het leveren, plaatsen, onderhouden en na afloop van de renovatie weer verwijderen van de tijdelijke units. Bij de Europese aanbesteding wordt gezocht naar een leverancier die deze totale scope kan realiseren.
Het project betreft de tijdelijke huisvesting van de HSV gedurende de renovatie van het bestaande schoolgebouw. Hiervoor zullen tijdelijke units worden geplaatst op het schoolplein.
De units moeten voorzien zijn van de volgende voorzieningen: • 12 leslokalen • 1 lerarenkamer • 2 RT-ruimte (remedial teaching) • 2 kantoren • 4 toiletgroepen voor kinderen • 1 toiletgroep voor leraren plus berging • 1 grote berging • 2 kleine bergingen voor opslag van materialen • Gangen/ruimten voor jassen/tassen De tijdelijke huisvesting moet geschikt zijn voor ongeveer 250 leerlingen en de dagelijkse onderwijsactiviteiten volledig ondersteunen.
Daarnaast moet de inrichting veilig en toegankelijk zijn, voldoen aan de huidige bouw- en veiligheidseisen en voldoende flexibiliteit bieden voor het gebruik gedurende de gehele renovatieperiode.
