Tislelitsumabi on humanisoitu immunoglobuliini G4:n (IgG4)monoklonaalinen vasta-ainevariantti PD 1:tä vastaan. Se sitoutuu ihmisen P 1:n solunulkoiseen domeeniin ja estää kilpailevasti sekä PD-L1:n että PD L2:n sitoutumista.
Tislelitsumabi kuuluu kansalliseen palveluvalikoimaan leikkaukseen soveltumattoman, paikallisesti edenneen tai metastasoituneen ruokatorven levyepiteelikarsinooman hoidossa hyväkuntoisilla(ECOG 0-1) aikuispotilailla aiemman platinapohjaisensolunsalpaajahoidon jälkeen.
Palkon näkemyksen mukaan tislelitsumabin kliininen teho kokonaiselossaoloajan perusteella vaikuttaa merkittävältä erityisesti niillä hyväkuntoisilla potilailla, joillaPD-L1 ilmentyminen on vähintään 10 %. Palveluvalikoimaan kuuluminen edellyttää, että myyntiluvan haltija ja ostaja sopivat merkittävästi julkista tukkuhintaa alemmasta hinnasta.,
