Title: Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNHCR ITB 2534– Establishment of a Frame Agreement (1+1 Years) for the Supply of Sanitary Pads The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit qualified and reputable suppliers to submit competitive bids for the establishment of a Frame Agreement (FA) for the supply and delivery of sanitary pads.

The Frame Agreement will initially be valid for one (1) year, with the possibility of extension for an additional one (1) year, subject to satisfactory performance and organizational needs.

The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for ensuring the consistent availability, quality, and timely delivery of sanitary pads in accordance with the technical specifications, packaging requirements, and delivery schedules provided in the tender documents. The Frame Agreement does not constitute a financial commitment; purchase orders will be issued based on actual demand during the period of the agreement.

This ITB aims to streamline procurement processes, ensure cost-effective sourcing, and support ongoing programs focused on improving menstrual hygiene management. Interested bidders must demonstrate proven experience in the production or supply of hygiene products, strong distribution capacity, financial stability, and compliance with relevant national and international quality standards.
