Urakan kohteena ovat Järveläntien, Rantakujan, Torkontien ja Vainiontien kadun, valaistuksen sekä vesihuollon rakentamistyöt suunnitelmien, tarjouspyynnön ja urakkaohjelman mukaisesti Urakoitsija on velvollinen sovittua urakkahintaa vastaan tekemään kaikki urakkasopimuksen ja siinä noudatettaviksi määrättyjen sopimusasiakirjojen edellyttämät työt ja toimenpiteet sekä aine- ja tarvikehankinnat aikaansaadakseen näissä asiakirjoissa määritetyn työntuloksen ja luovuttamaan sen sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti valmiina tilaajalle.
Työ voidaan aloittaa, kun urakkasopimus on allekirjoitettu sekä urakkaohjelmassa mainitut velvollisuudet on täytetty. Hankintapäätösprosessin aikataulu huomioiden työt ovat aloitettavissa arviolta toukokuun lopulla. Rakennustöiden tulee kaikilta osin olla valmiina ja tilaajalle luovutettavissa 30.11.2026 mennessä.,
