de volgende elementen: - Centrale elektrotechnische voorzieningen - Verlichting - Elektrische sluitplannen - Inbraakbeveiliging - Brandveiligheid (nood- / vluchtwegverlichting, blusmiddelen BMI/OAI) - Zonnepanelen - Autoladers - Automatische deuren - Wettelijke keuringen Voor de eerste vijf jaar is de geraamde waarde van de opdracht voor Elektronisch onderhoud € 3.500.000,00.
Als het contract verlengd wordt is de verwachting dat de geraamde waarde gelijk blijft aan de waarde van de eerste vijf jaar. Deze waardes zijn indicatief en hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden verleend.
