De aanbestedende dienst Stichting Innoord nodigt marktpartijen uit voor een Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding voor een Total Engineering-opdracht ten behoeve van de vernieuwbouw van SBO Universum en de nieuwbouw van een gymzaal in Amsterdam-Noord.
De opdracht omvat het integraal ontwerpen en adviseren (architectuur, constructies, installaties en overige adviesdisciplines) vanaf het structuurontwerp tot en met het technisch ontwerp en de ondersteuning tijdens de uitvoering. De aanbesteding bestaat uit een selectiefase en een gunningsfase, waarbij in de selectiefase maximaal drie gegadigden worden geselecteerd voor deelname aan de gunningsfase.
De opdracht omvat een Total Engineering-opdracht voor de vernieuwbouw van het onderwijsgebouw van SBO Universum en de nieuwbouw van een gymzaal in Amsterdam-Noord. De totale omvang betreft circa 2.877 m² BVO, bestaande uit: Vernieuwbouw onderwijsgebouw: ca. 2.269 m² BVO Nieuwbouw gymzaal: ca.
