Scope overview
Die Kreisstadt Erbach plant die Errichtung eines Feuerwehrhauses mit 6 Fahrzeugboxen in Systembauweise (Fertigbau/Modulbau). Das Feuerwehrhaus dient als zentrale Einrichtung der Feuerwehr und erfüllt die Funktionen: Einsatzbereitstellung, Ausbildung, Lagerung, Unterbringung der Fahrzeuge sowie Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die Einsatzkräfte.
Das Gebäude wird als zentrale Einsatz- und Ausbildungsstätte zwischen Schönnen und Ebersberg (Südhessen) errichtet. Es gewährleistet die Unterbringung und schnelle Einsatzbereitschaft der Feuerwehrfahrzeuge und unterstützt die Einsatzkräfte durch die Bereitstellung der notwendigen Ausstattung. Die konkrete Bauausführung ist in enger Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber abzustimmen.
Die Planung und Umsetzung erfolgen unter Einhaltung der anerkannten Standards und Normen für Feuerwehrhäuser sowie in enger Abstimmung mit der Unfallkasse Hessen und dem Technischen Prüfdienst Hessen. Das Gebäude ist so zu planen, dass es komplett autark betrieben werden kann. Eine PV-Anlage mit ausreichende Speichergröße ist umzusetzen.
Um die Bebaubarkeit zu prüfen, wurde eine Bauvoranfrage beim Kreisbauamt Odenwaldkreis gestellt. Der Bauvorbescheid ist den Vertragsunterlagen als Anlage beigefügt.
