Scope overview
De opdracht betreft het leveren en installeren van Touchscreens op de locaties van Het Baken in Almere. Opdrachtnemer dient de opdracht uit te voeren conform het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1.
De volgende diensten maken onderdeel uit van de opdracht: • Advisering, levering, montage, installatie, garantie- en serviceverlening en reparatie van de geleverde Touchscreens en aanverwante artikelen; • Site survey (bezichtiging van de ruimten waar de betreffende Touchscreens geplaatst dienen te worden.
Dit om eventuele problemen bij de installatie te voorkomen) van tevoren voor nieuwe opstellingen; • Demonteren en afvoeren van de huidige apparatuur; • Garantieafhandeling van de door opdrachtnemer geleverde Touchscreens; • Training & opleiding op verzoek van Het Baken voor medewerkers en docenten van Het Baken.
